# Validation report

Research and local verification date: **21 October 2026** (Asia/Dubai).

## What was observed

The checks below were executed locally, not inferred from expected outputs. Temporary copies were used for the intentionally broken billing repair and generated logs.

| Check | Observed result |
|---|---|
| Billing tests before repair | PASS |
| Billing tests after repair | PASS |
| Control rejection tests | PASS |
| Payment baseline | PASS |
| Positive retrieval | PASS |
| Empty retrieval | PASS |
| PDF fixture generator | PASS |
| PDF has two pages and expected extracted text | PASS |
| Simulated rejection event | PASS |
| Rejected event cannot claim posting | PASS |
| RAG dry-run | PASS |
| SAP RAG dry-run | PASS |

All supplied Python scripts passed syntax compilation. The intentional billing fixture produced three failures out of four tests before repair, and all four passed after replacing the defective slice. The payment-control suite passed four tests. The generated PDF has two pages and its second page contains the expected clarification-team text. The deterministic baseline passed all four supplied cases. These are small fixture checks, not model-accuracy or production-readiness measurements.

The available local runtime was Python 3.14. The locally installed OpenAI SDK was **1.109.1** and Pydantic **2.13.5**. Inspection confirmed `responses.parse` and the `responses.create(text=...)` interface exist in that local SDK. The tutorial asks readers to install the current 2.x SDK family; a fresh 2.x install and live provider requests were **not** executed. Package ranges in requirements are compatibility intentions, not an exact tested dependency lockfile.

## Not executed end to end

- Browser account sign-in, subscriptions, billing activation and installer flows on Windows/macOS/Linux.
- A fresh install of every dependency version family.
- Live paid OpenAI calls or model-generated outputs, including summarization, extraction, PDF answers and the tool-calling agent.
- An interactive Cursor, Claude Code or Codex build and the three-tool comparison.
- Full browser acceptance and accessibility checks on the task tracker; reference source and JavaScript syntax were reviewed separately where recorded.
- Ollama download/inference, offline-network check or hardware performance comparison.
- n8n Cloud execution, credential setup or a live MCP client/server session.
- Any SAP tenant, posting interface, configuration, released API, performance improvement or customer process.

Those steps remain explicit reader/reviewer checks. The articles describe **expected** output without fabricating observed results. Their frontmatter remains `needs-technical-review`, matching the supplied sample's cautious review status.

## Visual review

All 22 infographic PNGs were generated using the built-in image tool. A full-series contact sheet was visually inspected for consistency, hierarchy and topic mapping; representative images were inspected at full resolution. The API infographic was revised because its first illustration showed Chat Completions while the article teaches Responses. The diagrams are overviews, not screenshots or benchmark measurements. Inspect each image at the site's rendered mobile width before final publication; descriptive alt text and text captions accompany them.

## Content assumptions and boundaries

The prior 22-topic plan supplies the topics; the audience progresses from nontechnical beginners to builders and SAP/business practitioners. Primary action: complete, verify, then continue to a relevant lab. Time estimates are editorial estimates, not timed user studies. No search volume, ranking, bounce-rate reduction, performance lift or universal best-tool claim is asserted.

The original payment post's slug and publication date were retained. New post dates are staging defaults. Real publication dates and site schema compatibility require the publisher's final review. No live website or original repository file was modified.

## Review before publication

Run the exact selected tool versions on your target operating systems, record results, inspect live pricing/account requirements, check external links, and resolve the relevant live-service checks above. Do not change review status solely because a draft is complete. The publication package is complete content and assets; this report keeps its execution limits visible.

## Final structural checks

Passed: 22 article frontmatters parsed; all required requested metadata present; all portable article links and image files resolve; numbered steps are sequential; embedded Python code fences parse; 22 generated infographic assets exist; 22 site-ready article copies exist.
